IMPORTANCE OF EARLY MORNING DIFICIATING
Dificiating every morning is so good and advisable
1. It is advisable to go to the toilet everyday especially in the morning.
2.That to show that your bowel movement is stable and healthy.
3.you can train your body to always go to toilet at a particular time everyday.
4.it will be fine if you have a particular time for you to drink water.
5. Depending on your schedule, you can wake up early by 3_4am to drink your water, maybe warm or just at a room temperature.
6.After that by 5_6am you are already at the toilet and also prepare for bathing.
IT is just a habit that can be learnt overtime with continues
practices.
