ALWAYS DRINK WATER
If you always find it difficult to drink water here are some things you have to start doing.
1. It is a good habit that can be cultivated
2. Start by making water never leave your sight.
3. A cup of water for instance, keep it close to your bed it will help you to remember.
4. At an intervals while waking up at night keep sipping the water.
5. Waking up in the morning around 4,5 or 6a.m drink a small bottle of water or finish up the water in the cup depending on it's quantity.
6.continue like that till it becomes part of you.
7.dont wait till you are thirsty before you drink water.
8. Keep drinking water even when you are not
thirsty.
